Originally from the southern US, born in Atlanta and raised in Texas and Tennessee, she lived for 4 years in England, raised her children in the Boston area. She has recently returned from her isolated mountain farm in North Carolina to Boston. Her current project is large scale landscapes of the New England area, notably the junction of powerful elements of sea and shore. She is currently preparing for a large exhibition of landscapes at the Environmental Protection Agency in the Fall of 2008. An extraordinarily versatile and prolific artist, she has enjoyed success in portraiture and still life.
